So the festive period is officially over. Christmas decorations are down, the mince pies have all been eaten and everyone feels just a little, well, bleugh (I know I do!)

Snacks are usually one of the first things to go when you get on a ‘January health kick’, but it can actually help you to be healthy and lose weight – if that’s what you want to do. It can stop you from overeating at meal times, keep you fuelled through busy working days and if you’ve decided to workout more, can really give them a boost!
