Caramel Popcorn Bonfire Bites


1 pack of nom foods Cinnamon Maple popcorn

3/4 cup dates

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/4 cup ground almonds

30g dark chocolate


  • Place the dates and coconut oil into a small food processor or high speed blender and blitz until they form a sticky caramel.
  • Pour this into a mixing bowl and stir through the ground almonds. Gradually add in the popcorn and carefully fold everything together.
  • Roll this into balls and place them into the fridge to chill for an hour.
  • Melt the dark chocolate and dip in each of the bites. Leave these to set in the fridge for a couple of hours then enjoy!
