Everyone loves a warming crumble! But why should it just be for winter months? We’ve come up with this healthy alternative using summer fruits.
2 x nectarines or peaches
1 x cup of berries. We used raspberries and blueberries
2 x tablespoons of date syrup or honey
1/4 cup of coconut palm sugar
1/4 cup of coconut oil
1 x cup of oats (we used gluten free)
1/4 cup of dates and 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds, blended in the nutribullet
1/2 to a full tablespoon of cinnamon depending on how much you like it!
1 – Cut your fruit into chunks.
2 – Put your fruit and date syrup / honey on a medium heat and stir. Leave to simmer on a low heat.
3 – In a bowl, mix together your oats, palm sugar, coconut oil, dates, seeds and cinnamon. Mix it really well.
4 – Lay your fruit into a dish and spread the crumble on top.
5 – We added EVEN MORE cinnamon to the top. Because we love cinnamon.
6 – Cook the crumble in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
